Lyngdal high school
Lyngdal high school was opened ostentatiously for the start of school in the fall of 2013.
The two-floor building was set up with movable non-load-bearing walls so it is easy to make new room solutions as needs change.
The architect at Asplan Viak wanted each grade to have its own color code. Much of this was solved by wall panels in three different colors from Fibo’s Colour Collection. In addition, the panels were engraved with old words and expressions from Lyngdal that have helped to give the school its unique identity.
